Water preparation module WTM
To prevent scaling during boiler operation, it is permissible to supply the boiler only with softened feed water. Feedwater requirements, such as VdTÜV, specify the permissible total hardness of water for different boilers and operating conditions. In the WTM module, all components have been properly designed, optimized performance and hydraulically connected. The module has a complete electrical installation and set control parameters.
CONTROL SYSTEM

Intuitive boiler control system based on a freely programmable controller offers the highest degree of data transparency for optimized boiler operation.
Gas regulation module GRM
The module regulates the gas pressure in front of the burner, regardless of the input pressure level and the flow of gas. It protects against unacceptable gas pressure and unacceptable gas flow. The module is equipped with a ball valve and filter and is designed for quick installation.
Oil circulation module OCM
Prepares liquid fuels and records volume flow. Module mounted in oil ring lines with a pressure of min. 1.5 bar. The oil circulation module is a two-chamber oil tank for light and heavy fuel oil burners, working in a system with a return nozzle and metered oil volume measurement. It is equipped with a cut-off, filter, pressure limiter, air vent, additive dosing port and closed with a protective cover. It is designed for heavy oil with a heated filter and tank.
Oil heater module OPM
The oil heater module is used to heat heavy fuel oil to a temperature that facilitates atomization in the burner. The heat exchanger in the preheater, which is an extendable tubular bundle, is designed for steam heating or electric heating at the same time (optional). The heater module is equipped with full fittings for regulating heating power and thermal insulation.
Oil pump module OSM
The oil pump module is used for pumping and filtering liquid fuels in ring lines, supplying one or more burners, provided with a pressure control valve and oil bleed-collection devices. The modules are installed as single or double stations with the necessary fittings in oil catching tubs for simple incorporation into the ring line. Dual stations allow oil filtration without interrupting operation and maintain 100% reserve.
Heavy oil pump modules are additionally provided with combined oil heating, either electric or with steam or hot water
Manifolds and manifolds
The manifold distributes the generated steam or hot water to the individual consumers. The steam manifold causes precipitation of residual moisture and dehydration. In the manifold, the condensate or hot water streams from the individual receivers are collected.
