Hydrogen boilers

Hydrogen boilers burn hydrogen (H2). This is an extremely environmentally friendly process, because the combustion of hydrogen does not produce carbon dioxide (CO2), but pure water. We offer solutions which enable using up to 100% of hydrogen for all Bosch industrial boilers in the medium and large power range.

If the available amount of hydrogen fluctuates or is insufficient, hydrogen can be used to supplement, for example, natural gas in multi-fuel burners. This solution is used in the production of process steam or hot water.

We can also supply all conventional Bosch industrial boilers in the “H2-ready” versions. These versions can be easily converted to hydrogen. If the available amount of hydrogen fluctuates or is insufficient, hydrogen can be used to supplement, for example, natural gas in multi-fuel burners to generate process steam or hot water. We can also supply all conventional Bosch industrial boilers in the “H2-ready” version. This makes subsequent conversion to hydrogen easier.

Electric steam boilers

Environmentally friendly electricity from renewable energy sources can be used to generate steam in our ELSB series electric steam boiler. No combustion exhaust gases are produced in the process.

Bosch electric boiler is compatible with all our system components for water treatment and condensate management. The boiler is switched on only when green electricity is available. This is made possible by using an integrated connection to our control system.

Biogas boilers

Biogas is often produced from recycling organic waste in industrial enterprises such as breweries. All our boilers – both water and steam boilers – are offered in a version designed to burn biogas.

We tailor the system precisely to the specific biogas composition to ensure high efficiency and minimal emissions. The amount of biogas produced is not always correlated with the demand for heat. Therefore, we also offer special burners for two or three types of fuel. This way, the gas composition can be dynamically adjusted according to the available quantities of biogas.

Bio-oil and other liquid fuel boilers

Bio-oil and special fuels (such as alcohol or fish oil) accumulate as by-products in many areas of modern production. Their use as fuel in boiler rooms reduces the need for fossil fuels to produce heating and process heat.

This solution also avoids logistics and disposal costs.

We equip our water and steam boilers with special solutions tailored individually to the type of fuel. These can include preheating of the fuel, automatic pneumatic cleaning of the combustion chamber or special burners to ensure the minimization of emissions.
